Old Problem but still unresolved. Could someone recommend a solution/workaround?
Since Windows 7 and still currently on Windows 10, whenever you have to alt+tab out of a paused game then you loose some kind of focus when you come back into the game. Speed settings via +/- doesn't work and no other key shortcuts beside ESC key. Meaning you can't resume your game and have to go back to Main menu to load last save.
Any solution for that?
