Yea, I thought I disabled Autosaving, but the game's still autosaving, is there any other thing I got to do in the config.ini besides setting the autosave from 1 to 0?

I saw this forum, and hopefully some of you can help if possible and since this is where the most recent beta patches are going, figured I'd post here.
I noticed, that for about 12-16 years now (4 YPT) that I'm getting constant Rain and Snow.. Is there anyway I can disable the weather effects or something to get rid of this? or Am I screwed? lol
Someone over at the Jowood forums for the G2 English Boards stated that it may have to do with the fact if you save during Rain or Snow, which could causes the infinite snow or rain..
Really breaks the immersion to see this all the time, so wondering if it's possible way to fix this somehow if anyone knows?
