Yeah, so....I'm playing 0.95. Ulm map, my character's a craftsman running a smithy.
Food items seem very rarely resupplied to the market, and because all of the patron businesses appear unowned by anybody, there's no way to get food. Like, they're always sold out of the poor people food items, like wheat rolls, for example. This has continued season after season since game start.
It seems like something that needs, um, fixing. It almost seems like the NPC businesses are not really functioning.
