Council Meetings in Multiplayer

    Again, thanks Fajeth for putting together and maintaining this great mod.


    My question, is there a way to reduce the frequency of Council Meetings in multiplayer? When creating a game the option does not seem to be present. In our multiplayer game it's driving us nuts to have to go to city hall all day for court and then a few hours later for elections, every day.

  • no, in MP the default value is the same as if you start up a SP game and not change any setting. Meaning: Right now you have a meeting every two rounds in MP if you use the Modpack. Trials are not affected by this setting, meaning: as a judge you will still have to walk to the townhall frequently

  • That's interesting because in our MP game we have elections each round, not every two. We are using the .95 mod pack.


    So, if I change this setting from 2 to 4 will we then have elections every 4 rounds in our MP games?

  • that's pretty strange. maybe someone of you played a SP game with the 1 year setting and then created the MP session without restarting? Because all the mod does, is hiding the option to change the frequency - in SP and MP it uses the same data.


    However: You both have to make the change otherwise it will go OOS. Session will be in the first round and then after 4 rounds.
